Founded on a single proprietary technology intended to disrupt the costly and complex storage and transport logistics of collected blood samples, Drawbridge Health planned to proceed directly to production and commercialization. That is, until it began speaking to customers and discovered an even more complex sample collection, stabilization, transport, accession, and preparation workflow that included myriad users. Along the company’s journey, it learned that user needs must come first and be prioritized.
