Garth Conrad has been the Vice President of Quality for Bard Peripheral Vascular and Bard Biopsy (now Becton Dickinson) headquartered in Tempe, AZ since 2015. Garth joined Bard from Medtronic where he had served as the Vice President of Quality for the Spinal & Biologics business. He began his career working with the aerospace industry holding various roles in engineering, project management and Six Sigma. In 2000 he moved to the Medical device industry joining Johnson & Johnson's Ethicon business. Garth is actively involved in the FDA's Case for Quality initiative being led by the Medical Device Innovation Consortium (MDIC) and is currently the Vice-Chair for the Phoenix section of the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Garth received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Materials Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY and a Master of Business Administration from Union University in Jackson, TN.
